In fact, only one room was ready around 4. Checking with others staying there for the wedding had the same problems. At 7:00 we decided to go back to the front desk and a room was ready, reminded her that she was to have called us….no response to that. We checked in at 6:00 pm and no rooms available nor king rooms! The desk clerk told us how busy they were, not enough people to clean rooms….all excuses that did not work for us nor were our fault! She called someone and asked when a room would be ready, told us in an hour or sooner, and suggested calling us when the room was available, however, never got a phone call. Cons: Check out is 11:00 am and check in was 4:00 pm. We stayed at Treasure Island this past weekend 10/21 – 10/23 for a wedding, and what an experience! I will list the pros and cons….
